Product Return

POSITAL is committed to providing our customers the best user experience. In order to provide you with exemplary service, a flow chart illustrating the general process can be found here . Please read the RMA return instructions below.

How to Make a Return

The return policy of POSITAL consists of the following steps

  • Please download and fill out the following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Request Form as completely as possible and return it to us by email provided in the document.
  • After we receive your document we will provide you with a RMA number and a packing slip which you need in order to send your product to us.
  • When you receive the above information from us you may send back your product.

Please note: products shipped to us without an RMA number will be returned to you without being serviced.

What Happens to the Returned Products

We will promptly analyse the returned product and respond to you shortly. In case the product was shipped to you non conforming, we will replace it with a new product or issue a credit note.

Repairs

Due to our process orientated manufacturing we are not able to repair- or fix any damaged or otherwise non conforming products.
